Class 800 Ball Valve

ANSI Class 800 Ball Valve is an 800 class rating ball valve (140 bar g; 2000 psi g) in forged steel body with 2-pc or 3-pc split body, also called 800#/800LB ball valves.

Key Specifications / Features

ANSI Class 800 Ball Valves  are covered in API 608.  Class 800 is not a listed class designation, but is an intermediate class number widely used for socket welding and threaded end compact valves. Suitable for use across Petrochemical, Steam, Mining and Industrial applications.

All sizes for Class 800 ball valves comply with ASME B16.34 and API 608 standards. Available extended socket weld and butt weld ends allow welding into the piping without disassembly. Each valve of Class 800 ball valve is tested to API 598, and all valves comply with API 607 6th Edition for Fire-Safe performance.

Class 800 ball valves are made of forged steel, to avoid the risk of leakage from the valve body.
